Disclaimers & Tips
SAMPLE DISCLAIMER: A sample photo will be provided by text and email within three business days of placing your order. Once you approve the sample, the order will be completed and shipped within 14 days. Samples must be approved or declined within 48 hours after they are sent to you for review. If a sample is not approved or declined within this timeframe, the order will be completed and shipped as is without the possibility of a refund.
REVISIONS: To request a revision, simply reply to the text/email of your sample proof. Revisions are limited to changes in sizing and placement of the design. There is a limit of one revision per order. If further revisions are needed, it will be at an additional cost. Once the sample is approved, no revisions can be made.
Includes: Shirts, hoodies, and hats
- Print File Requirements: Artwork should be sized to 100% at 300 DPI. Images cannot exceed 10 MB.
- Design Adjustments: Garmeo does not offer in-house design services. We will not adjust the designs once they are uploaded and sent to us. (Example: Low-resolution logos will not be updated to high-resolution images.)
Embroidery
Includes: Hoodies, polos, beanies, button ups, and hats
Embroidery best practices
Please keep in mind that really small details do not work well for embroidery. Very small text and details may need to be removed from some designs. LESS IS MORE when it comes to embroidery.
- Approval Needed: After converting your file, we will send mockups for approval prior to fulfilling your order. You must approve both the mockups AND stitching proofs to complete your order.
- Design Adjustments: Garmeo does not offer in-house design services. We will not adjust the designs once they are uploaded and sent to us. (Example: Low-resolution logos will not be updated to high-resolution images.)
