You received a different garment than the one you ordered. If you were shipped a size, color or garment that is not reflected on your receipt, you are eligible to exchange your garment(s).
The embroidery does not reflect the specifications that you ordered. If you received a design, thread color or embroidery technique that is not reflected on your approved sample, you are eligible to exchange your garment(s).
All other exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that Garmeo goods are customized and sent for approval before production begins. Therefore, Garmeo will not honor exchanges if you change your mind after the sample was approved or for any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
